About the Role

As a Business Analyst you make sure we build the right thing before we build the thing right. You will run discovery workshops, map processes, and write the specs engineering teams love.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery: stakeholder interviews, process mapping, and competitive research

• Write PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria with measurable outcomes

• Create wireframes and flows with the design team to validate scope early

• Support UAT — test plans, defect triage, and sign-off coordination

• Analyze product/usage data to inform prioritization

Requirements

• 2+ years as a BA/PO on software projects

• Excellent documentation skills (Notion/Confluence) and diagramming (Figma/Miro)

• Basic SQL for data pulls and validation

• Strong client-facing communication in English

Nice to Have

• Fintech or ERP domain exposure

• CBAP/CSPO certification
