About the Role

You will standardize how RedQubes ships: repeatable environments, one-command deploys, sane secrets management, and observability across a growing fleet of client workloads.

Responsibilities

• Build CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) for containerized applications

• Manage cloud infrastructure with Terraform across AWS/GCP

• Run Docker/Kubernetes workloads with proper secrets, backups, and DR

• Set up monitoring, alerting, and log aggregation (Grafana/Prometheus/Loki)

• Harden servers and pipelines — security is part of the job, not an afterthought

Requirements

• 3+ years in DevOps/SRE roles with production ownership

• Strong Linux, networking, and shell scripting fundamentals

• Hands-on IaC experience (Terraform preferred)

• Incident response experience with a blameless mindset
