About the Role

RedQubes is scaling its global client acquisition engine, and we need a Digital Performance Marketing Manager who treats every rupee of spend as an investment with a measurable return.

You will own the full funnel — campaign strategy, creative briefs, landing pages, analytics, and lead quality — working directly with the founders and sales team.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn for international markets

• Own SEO strategy with the content team — keyword roadmaps, technical audits, and backlink programs

• Build conversion-optimized landing pages and A/B test messaging, creatives, and offers

• Set up end-to-end tracking (GA4, Tag Manager, server-side events) and report CAC, ROAS, and pipeline contribution weekly

• Manage the marketing budget and negotiate with platforms, tools, and agencies

Requirements

• 3+ years running performance campaigns with proven ROAS improvements

• Hands-on mastery of Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and GA4

• Experience marketing B2B services or SaaS to international audiences

• Strong copy sensibility and data-first decision making

Nice to Have

• HubSpot or similar CRM automation experience

• Basic HTML/CSS for landing page tweaks
