About the Role

As a Project Manager at RedQubes you are the client's single point of truth: you translate business goals into sprint plans, keep engineering unblocked, and make delivery predictable.

You will run 2–4 concurrent engagements across fintech, AI, and enterprise SaaS for clients in India, the Middle East, and North America.

Responsibilities

• Own project plans, sprint ceremonies, and release schedules across concurrent engagements

• Run client communication — status reports, demos, escalations, and change requests

• Track scope, budget, and risk; negotiate trade-offs before they become surprises

• Coordinate designers, engineers, and QA into a single delivery rhythm

• Continuously improve our delivery playbook and estimation accuracy

Requirements

• 4+ years managing software delivery teams (agency or product)

• Fluent with Agile/Scrum, JIRA (or similar), and burn-down/velocity metrics

• Excellent written and spoken English for international client calls

• Ability to read technical trade-offs and push back with reason

Nice to Have

• PMP / CSM certification

• Prior software engineering experience
