• Run structured screening and coordinate interview loops with panels

• Manage offers, negotiations, and pre-joining engagement

• Build employer branding: careers content, campus outreach, review platforms

• Maintain hiring analytics — funnel conversion, time-to-hire, source quality

Requirements

• 2+ years recruiting for technology roles (agency or in-house)

• Ability to screen technical resumes credibly

• Strong scheduling discipline and candidate communication

• Familiarity with ATS/HRMS tooling
