About the Role

You will own design across client engagements: research, flows, high-fidelity UI, and the design systems that keep multi-month projects consistent. We prize calm, premium interfaces — think Linear, Stripe, Vercel.

Responsibilities

• Run lightweight discovery: user interviews, journey maps, competitor teardowns

• Design flows, wireframes, and polished UI in Figma with reusable components

• Specify motion and micro-interactions engineers can actually build

• Maintain project design systems (tokens, components, docs)

• Pair with frontend engineers during build for pixel fidelity

Requirements

• A portfolio showing shipped web/mobile product work

• 2+ years designing SaaS or enterprise interfaces in Figma

• Systems thinking: tokens, variants, and component APIs

• Clear communication of design rationale to clients
