Vendor Manager
Build and manage our network of technology partners, freelancers, and service vendors — negotiating contracts and keeping quality and costs on target.
About the Role
RedQubes works with a growing ecosystem of specialist vendors — cloud providers, design studios, staffing partners, and tooling suppliers. As Vendor Manager you own this ecosystem end to end.
Responsibilities
Source, evaluate, and onboard vendors and contract talent for project needs
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and SLAs; run periodic vendor performance reviews
Track vendor spend against budgets and drive cost-optimization initiatives
Maintain compliance documentation and manage renewal calendars
Act as the escalation point between delivery teams and external partners
Requirements
3+ years in vendor/procurement management, ideally in IT services
Strong negotiation record with measurable cost savings
Comfort with contracts, NDAs, and SLA structures
Organized, documentation-first working style
