A pay-per-hour WiFi access platform that lets users purchase internet by the hour instead of committing to monthly plans. Built with a React-based dashboard for real-time session tracking, plan management, and hotspot administration.

Traditional broadband forces users into long-term monthly commitments — which makes little sense for students, travellers, hostel residents, cafe visitors, and daily-wage users who need internet only for a few hours at a time. SastaWiFi was built to solve exactly this gap. The platform enables time-based internet access, where a user purchases WiFi in hourly slots and gets connected instantly. Once the purchased duration is consumed, the session automatically expires — no manual intervention, no unused subscription cost. This makes internet genuinely affordable and accessible for short-duration, high-frequency usage. We developed a modern single-page application dashboard using React, delivering an app-like experience directly in the browser with no page reloads. The interface provides real-time visibility into active sessions, remaining time balance, purchase history, and available hourly plans — all on a fully mobile-responsive layout, since the majority of users access the service from low-cost smartphones. On the operations side, the platform includes an administrative layer for managing hotspot locations, configuring hourly pricing tiers, monitoring live connected users, and tracking revenue — giving the operator complete control over the network from a single dashboard. The result is a lightweight, scalable WiFi monetisation system that lowers the entry barrier to internet access while giving operators a clean, data-driven way to run and grow their hotspot business.
